Service Description
This is a Vin to Yin (Vinyasa to Yin) yoga class designed around breath and movement to improve your flexibility, balance, and strength both in mind and body. During the first half of the class you will flow through a variety of poses, some being gentle and others more challenging. The second half of the class you will be given the opportunity to marinate in the poses: holding each for 1-3 minutes, allowing you to stretch into the fascial tissue. A yoga class suitable for all levels with modifications made available.
